Which Pokemon is the "Best Looking" which one is the Worst looking?

i always liked the way jolteon looked. don't ask me why, but when i used to have pokemon games, red and blue with pokemon battle stadium on the n64, i always had a jolteon in my party and it was the one that came out first. it looks badass that why i like it.

have no idea whatsoever about pokemon after those games
