1) Yes. PS Now will come to the Vita "in the Fall". I don't think it's gimped but I'm not positive.
2) Don't have one but according to Sony, the Oled gets 4 hours while the Slim gets 6 hours.
3) Dependes, do you want the nice screen or slightly longer battery life?
The PS4 is a great console with a ton of potential down the road. I'm not gonna try to convince you though as I don't care if you get one or not
