Looked thru our discussion.  Did't find where you stated a definitive argument proving some kind of "taking advantage" is happening. I apologize if I missed it. But can you quote the exact post pls?

Well theyre taking advantage of the people who own the game and the DLC on the PS3. Instead of giving people who own the PS3 game a discount, they sell it for 50$ no matter how much you have spent on it.

People who have downloaded the game on the PS3 cant even transfer it to the PS4.

They are not giving people who already own the game any advantages.
