They released a system before it was ready. It was slow, it used to crash a lot, it was really really slow, it was very unstable, and it took them over a year of patching to sort it all out.

Also, it had poor quality launch games compared to the games that released in 2013 and 2014

It still lacks many key features a console should have now... like easy/quck access to friend list, notifications, ability to invite/join friends, and party/voice chat

The online features don't irk me too much but I remember the OS at first and ouch it was awful. My least favorite part was waiting for a great game to be released. Had to wait until Pikmin 3 to finally get something I actually wanted on the console.
