Eurogamer just released an article on March 25th (their 10th in a series) comparing PS3 and 360 multiplatform games... I'll save everyone some time and sum up what they said...
Army of Two - 360 runs at 720p with anti-aliasing, PS3 version runs with a border and below 720p resolution and to add insult to injury it has no anti-aliasing.
Blacksite: Area 51 - They call the conversion of it to PS3 "horrifically, jaw-droppingly awful" and that the PS3 version is "ten times worse" than the already mediocre 360 version.
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - They are surprised at the worse colour balance of the PS3 version as well as the "inclusion of horrible motion blur and some truly horrendous frame-rate drops" compared to the 360 version.
Conflict: Denied Ops - It's development must have led on the 360 because the PS3 version is substandard with frame rate drops, pared down visuals, and the anti-aliasing on the 360 version replaced with an indistinct blur on the PS3.
Dynasty Warriors 6 - They're surprised at the "love and attention" that the 360 gets at the hands of these developers since it's gameplay is identical to the PS3 version even though the Xbox 360 must contribute so little to KOEI's overall revenue. The only way to tell the games apart is that the pre-rendered video sequences look better on the PS3 thanks to Blu-Ray.
Lost: The Video Game - "The Xbox 360 version is considerably better than its Playstation 3 sibling. "The PS3 version definitely lags behind, not just in terms of refresh speed but also in the introduction of annoying screen tear which is far less prevalent on the Microsoft console. It's yet another game that 'benefits' from the PS3 Vaseline effect, whereby the 4x multi-sample anti-aliasing of the 360 game is replaced by a blur that attempts to simulate the same effect.".
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 - Pretty much the same, they just mention that the 360 version scales up nicely.
