So, after going through Chart-Track news I end up with this:

WWF SMACKDOWN 2 PSX (January 01 2001) [100k-200k]
METAL GEAR SOLID 2 PS2 (March 2002) [100k-200k]
GRAND THEFT AUTO: VICE CITY PS2 (October 27 2002) [200k-300k]
CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER 4 PC (March 2003) [100k-200k]
FIFA 2004 PS2 (October 2003) [100k-200k]
PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 4 PS2 (October 2004) [100k-200k]
GRAND THEFT AUTO: SAN ANDREAS PS2 (October 29 2004) [~660k]
HALO 2 XBOX (November 11 2004) [200k-300k]
GRAN TURISMO 4 PS2 (March 09 2005) [200k-300k]
FIFA 06 PS2 (September 30 2005) [100k-200k]
PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 5 PS2 (October 21 2005) [200k-300k]
FIFA 07 PS2 (September 29 2006) [100k-200k]
PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 6 PS2 (october 27 2006) [100k-200k]

WORLD OF WARCRAFT: The Burning Crusade PC (January 2007) [Second Fastest PC game ever missing out to CHAMPIONSHIP MANAGER 4 by less than 1k]
HALO 3 360 (September 29 2007) [~465k)
FIFA 07 PS2 (October 2007) [Higher than Halo 3 which that week was ~ 98k]
CALL OF DUTY 4: Modern Warfare 360 (November 2007) [11th biggest first week ever, second fastest 360)

Another 4 games confirmed over 100k.

Assassin's Creed is the third fastest 360 game and debuted lower than The Getaway did in 2002, and that sold less than 100k. PES 2008 on PS2 had around 58% of PES 6 first week sales, so sold around 58k-116k, so possibly over 100k, but maybe not.

Highest Wii first week sales I could find was The Legend of Zelda which was ~70k.

So, 17 games confirmed over 100k, there's possibly a few more which Chart-Track failed to mention, so GT5:P is probably over 100k, and if not, then it's very close. We will see in a few days when ELSPA update their monthly sales awards.
