I made no secret of it back in 2007, when I would browse during school (we had laptops in most classes). I'd say that most of my friends at the time knew.
As for now, they'd probably be surprised to know I hit the site from time to time, obviously not as frequently as the past. My gf has seen me on the site a few times, but I don't think she's actually properly taken note of it, though.
2007.... such a long amount of time. I've finished school, college, University, and emigrated in that time.
