Excite Truck is a racing game and winning is pretty damn important, or at least coming in close as to not lose too many stars if you were already in the lead.
In fact, IMHO I would rate it as a much more fun racing than pretty much anything else out there. Granted, I am not a sports game fan and have never cared much for "realistic" racers. I am really looking forward to Excite Truck 2 w/ online.
