True. The PS1 didn't have "failure" as much as it did just random issues, like not functioning properly if it wasn't sideways or upside down. People back then just dealt with it instead of reporting it for the most part.


Yeah, and back then even if a console broke a lot of people could afford to replace them in America. With the economy being the way it is today its much harder to replace than it was when the original Playstation came out. The 90's were still good times in America.
