So people who like the variety of indie games and want all their games in one place will be happy with only a Wii U?

  • Minecraft, flower, Fez, TowerFall Ascension, Resogun, Transistor, Don't Stave, Strider, Outlast, Valiant Hearts, Stick it to the Man!, Sound Shapes?
  • Braid, Journey, Limbo, Peggle, Castle Crashers, Hotline Miami, Super Stardust, Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Luftrausers, Spelunky, Mutant Blob Attacks?
  • Gone Home, Antichamber, Kentucky Route Zero, Papers Please, Stanleys Parable, Mark of the Ninja, FTL, Botanicula, Bastion, Gemini Rue, To the Moon?

All these marvels available on Wii U? Much better variety than on other platforms?

These are games you like, Stick it to the Man is on WIi U (I would argue this is the definitive version), I wouldn't even be surprised it most of these come to Wii U in the next year (aside from the ones that shouldn't be on this list, flower and Resogun). The fact that most of these are on PC sorta makes consoles moot here. For future reference, don't avoid games that are also on Wii U and do some research. The indie scene on Wii U has a ton of variety, nor am I saying people should stick with Wii U, what I am saying is that other consoles want triple A experiences all the time and indie gets ignored. A less powerful console allows for people to look at more than what first party there is (it also helps indie is heavily marketed on the eShop).
