Anyway customers are not wrong to complain about a bait & switch, about something they were promised but didn't get

The Publisher handled this bit of PR terribly, and are fully to blame for missleading their customers 

True. Its sad to see some people blaming the gamers for this. No wonder developers and publishers take advantage of gamers, they cant even stand together when their fellow gamers are getting screwed. The more important thing for them is "I chose the right system to play my games on and you chose the wrong one. Not my problem"
