we just have to substract the ps4 sales

so -4.2 million q3

- 2.8 - 2.9 million q4

- X million ps3 alredy be in that 80m shipped number from november 2013 (q3 2013 shippments = oktober - dezember)

We won't know the exact amount of ps3s shipped to this point but we know it is very undertracked from the shimpents Sony have just given.Over 100 million ps3s,ps4s and vitas shipped to date.Lets say 9 million ps4s shipped,same for vita that leaves you with the rest being ps3s.So over 100 million can be anything from 101 to 120 million.We can assume all day,lets just go by Vgchartz numbers for now that the ps3 is still ahead.
