well, if you noticed, i actually changed the title because it seemed to have caused a bit of confusion amongst many users last time. this is about ps4 DOMINATION. which means 50%+ marketshare at least. in that sense, yes, the gap is closing.

You needed to combine a Wii U hot on the heels of a big exclusive and a "price dropped" XB1 to outsell the ps4 by just 20k (assuming vgchartz is accurate). That should tell you that it is indeed dominating. Doesn't even need to do anything to sell almost as much as the other two combined. What do you think happens when they release games? Or future price drops happen?

Like i said in the other thread, PS4 will hit 50% in Spring 2015.

sony isnt going to have that big exclusive that is going to double its sales over a long period of time. no sony exclusive has ever proven to do for a playstation console what halo or mario kart does for xbox or nintendo consoles. theyre going to have to rely on big third party games like watch dogs to get those kinds of boosts that youre talking about.
