Why not? You get the whole game, you never have to pay a cent afterwards to get updates

It would be okay if this isn't subjected to digital pre-orders only as I believe you are not able to get refunds on digital purchases, so if you don't like it you are basically screwed anyways.

If this pertains to retail pre-orders too (Early access code on receipt) and/or digital pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund then I have zero issues with this early-access idea.

 

Basically I have no issues with it and only issues with digital pre-ordering.
