Given that this is an online-only game, there's literally no reason for them NOT to soak up that PC $$$. Diablo 3 on PC probably sealed that deal for them honestly.
Choice for Activision :
(A)- Sell only on console, make $XX Billion in profits.
(B)- Sell also on PC make $XX Billion MORE in profits.
Logic.
(also, some leaks indicate 2015 PC release).
