Looking at Ubisofts breakdown it's mainly the pc version that is undertracked: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=186614
Ubisoft has both the PC and X360 at 14%, sales on VGChartz:
PC: 170k
X360: 720k
So the PC version is undertracked by atleast half a million.
PS4 is at 36% by the way, so that looks spot on.
