Sooo off topic is dead ay, that's gotta be the stupidest move on this site, I swear half of site hits must be people refreshing the front page mainly for off topic over any other section,
Only way to revive it would be for it to be normal for people to check it manually, give it time and it'll be heavily active again.
ioi wants only hardcore nerds on this site?
