Wind Waker HD is NOT a complete remake! A complete remake would have been built from the ground up (which takes much more time and resources than Nintendo put in it) and wouldn't have the same glitches as the original:
They added and optimized some stuff (different lighting shaders, faster travelling speed by boat, inventory position), but if that counts as "complete remake", then every Skyrim- or GTA-MOD is a complete remake.

Nothing is ever a "complete remake" in that case. Nintendo included glitches more as an easter-egg, but overall the updated effects, textures, meshes, etc were complketely redone. Make it essentially a new game.

You are joking, right? The small team that built the game from ground up even had time to accurately include every glitch of the original?
And updating some graphic effects, textures and meshes aren't the same as a complete remake like Twin Snakes, Resident Evil on GameCube, realMyst, Leisure Suit Larry 1, Quest for Glory 1 - 3 or Prince of Persia Classic... they are ports with some modifications.
