'Another level' depends on what level you're comparing it to, but yes, the games Sony showed for PS4 were very impressive. I was blown away by Uncharted 4's look, especially since that is supposedly the gameplay quality.

Probably because it looks like a bad cutscene from Zelda's Adventure for the CD-i.
I know it was a tech-demo and technically it looked very good (still the least impressive from all those posted in OP, but good nonetheless), but that art-direction in there is terrible. I mean, just look at the ridiculous witch-thing-woman with the horns
