The Gamecube was the worst Nintendo system, I did not really have fun with a single game and ended up selling my whole collection, including all major Nintendo games and the two Zelda special edition N64 disks. There was a huge drop in quality, especially Mario, Zelda, F-Zero and Mariokart couldn't compete with their N64 predecessors, which I still enjoy playing today.
But the worst disappointment was the death of Rareware. The controller, especially D-pad, Z / L / R buttons and C-stick were just horribly designed and imprecise.
The Wii however has a ton of great AAA games, even real gems like Xenoblade that most gamers miss.
