Just because you are the "ultimate gamer" doesn't meant that you can be wrong sometimes. No one makes games just for PC, and that's where modders come in. They show what PCs are really capable of. And that was a last-gen game.

Why are you even comparing a heavily modded skyrim to next gen games like infamous second son ? 

The video above shows that a heavily modded skyrim comes nowhere near close to the best looking current gen games ... 

I'm comparing them to show that the PS4 is not, in fact, on another level.

And what next-gen game looks better? Ryse? At certain parts, sure, but taken as a whole it doesn't hold a candle to the detail in Skyrim with mods.
