Maybe quantic dream but Ready at dawn made their engine entirely on their own.

Most of the devs use their own engine, but pretty much all first party and most second party devs use the tech developed by the ICE Team. ICE develops proprietary technology revolving around hardware optimisations. These optimisations and other enhancements can be incorporated into their own engine.
