Recently watched the first Narnia movie again. The scene where Aslan goes to the altar really got to me :'C
I am Legend was soooo good. Saw it at the cinema and I probably would've cried at that scene, if it werent for some retarded kids in the back giggling. I was flippin' furious instead. >.>
Anime and even manga usually gets me more emotional than movies, but I might just feel that way because I consume far more anime/manga than western movies.
Can't quite remember my reaction to Up, but I do remember that it left a big impression. It was surprisingly deep and emotional. Very good movie.
Grave of the fireflies though.. The structure is so weird. It starts with the big event, long before we get to know the characters (low impact) and then, when we reach that point at the end of the movie, the moment is already spoiled (thus, low impact). It didnt do much for me. IMO, its a good movie, nothing more, nothing less.
