i'm used to platform exclusive games.  i'm used to platform time exclusive games.  i'm used to regionally exclusive games. i'm used to platform exclusive dlc.  i'm used to retailer exclusive dlc.  i'm used to pre-order exclusive dlc.  i'm used to time exclusive dlc.  i'm used to games having exclusive marketing or exclusive bundles.  i'm used to buying games digitally.   i'm used to buying my dlc digitally.  i'm used to dlc being large expansions packs.  i'm used to dlc being tiny micro-transations.  i'm used to playing for dlc.  i'm used to games getting free dlc.  hell, i'm used to patches being required just to make a game playable.

so break it down for me.  really, what's different from the last 10+ years?  explain to me the moral outrage you're feeling over a costume pack.  show me that ever so carefully choosen perspective where this molehill looks like a mountain.  perhaps i'm just jaded because as a ps3 owner i had the shit end of the stick for all of last gen but i don't see any grounds for you to complain for sony following suit to ms's tatics.
