Well, if Nintendo has shown us anything it's that you can keep the prices of your games high for years if you just have the right demand, no remasters or anything needed for that (fun fact: Mario Kart Wii is more expensive than TLOU PS3 on Amazon.com right now)

That's true. In my main videogame store Kirby Return to Dreamland and Mario Galaxy 2 are still 50€. The ones on the Select Collection are only 25, though. I have even seen Metroid Other M for 8€. Lol.
