so the guy is talking aoubt US hardware sales and thinks the PS3 will outsold the Xbox360 in hardware sales ???

I seriously doubt .. I would like, but I doubt.
PS3 is still more expensive and in US people KNOW Xbox360 exists so they will choice the Xbox360.
