Gamecube and PS2 was 64-bit but I think technically you could call them 128-bit in some ways (64-bit double precision). Xbox was 32-bit but I believe it was more powerful than both.
Bits can refer to many different components, and is not really a good way to tell how powerful hardware is nowadays.
