I've only changed once, asked permission first and was told my mod history would carry over (which I figured it would anyway).

The OP said that you changed it twice. I thought that changing accounts twice and that quickly was ridiculous. So I thought maybe it was a strategy to avoid past moderations. Changing it once though is normal so disregard my comment.
