You can copy between two devices, doesn't mean you can copy the game and have it work on another system. This is basic Wii knowledge. You can't take content that is tied to one console and use it on another, it's just not possible on the Wii U, or the Wii for that fact. You really don't own a Wii U do you? 

You should read comments when you're going to quote them.

I was talking about backups for yourself. Go buy a WiiU and try, it's possible.

I never claimed you could use that backup on another console.

I even explicitly said the opposite:
