Metroid Prime Trilogy is your highest priority! (I think, as do many others) Those games are just fantastic.
Also, if you're interested in RE4, pick it up. I highly recommend it.
As for Super Paper Mario, I think it was great, it's different from the old Paper Mario games. I haven't played Sticker Star but heard it wasn't as good.
