The one difference in creation science is this isn't based on a Diety. It's based on science itself.

well, it's based upon the philosophical idea which predates it, but a step in the direction of tests is fine. it's an idea which is interesting, but no tests will ever be able to confirm it is the case. best scenario, it's aligned with observable data. so what though? you need to go beyond nomological possibility into actuality, which can never be achieved here. which is why I'm very bored with the idea.
