If you want to call it an opinion go right ahead. Fact is that as the prevailing opinion, when people look back on it they will see the Wii and its motion control craze that got people in retirement homes to buy a video game system to help with their physical therapy as a fad in the gaming community. Fads are not limited to specific numbers they are limited to specific situations. Motion control gaming right now is a fad, much like 3D television and movies were a fad decades ago. In a few years when/if it becomes more prominent again... it will still have been a fad in console generation 7.
