No, because for VGChartz, XBOX ONE sell much more of NPD.
Example:

April:
VGChartz=215,000
NPD=115,000

May:
VGChartz=105,000
NPD=77,000

I predict that in June VGChartz will repourt 140,000, and NPD between 100,000-120,000... because i'm Mr Octimist: 125,000!
