Because consistency matters?

Average voters for the prior 4 years is 985k with a total change of no more than 20k votes, total voters for this year is down to 947k (-50 from laste year) and with only a 7k increase in his approval, doesnt seem like this confidence vote is on any type of solid foundation...imo
