Steel Diver: Sub Wars was on rail and pretty close to Star Fox, and ironically Vitei's founder made the original Star Fox so they would be a good fit. Other than those guys Treasure could do a good job. Platinum hasn't done a rail shooter, but they want to make a Star Fox, so they're a good fit too.
