I've played plenty of Forza Horizon and Forza 4 on 360. Both fall in realm of racing sims. Forza Horizon is still a deep game that feels much more realistic than any traditional arcade racer.
Games like Outrun, Mario Kart, and Daytona USA are what comes to mind when I think of arcade racer. A simplistic, maybe even exaggerated game not aiming for realism.
