phantom pain was 1080 60FPS on PS4 and 720 60FPS on Xb1 with a few downgraded missing effect from the PS4 version also So if thats anything to go buy

 

would much rather have 30FPS with much better visuals some stuff from PP looked last gen to me and as seen in the video in here there is massive pop in while riding the horse totally takes away from the immersion

Its certainly not last gen. xbox 360 an dps3 won't and can't pull that kind of visual fidelity. not even close to it.
