After what Epic did, I'm pretty sure that nintendo are not willing to go after then. They grabed support from the one that atleast are tryng to support in someway, like crytek and unity, But Epic put out pretty clear what they think of WiiU:

Nintendo can count with the indies, but that about it. Everything else is lost at this point.
