No. The US will cease to exist long before religion becomes illegal sadly. I think some european territories will be the first to outlaw religion but even that is still hundres of years away. One thing is for sure though. Afterwards religion will be known as the single greatest brainwash in human history. Will even take over hitlers nazi empire because of the length in which it was so dominant.
