$4.7 billion is the money they have in the bank, it doesn't include the company's assets (buildings, patents, shares, bonds, inventory and many many more things). If a company wants to buy Nintendo, they would have to pay for all of those stuff (unless they make some sort of deal)...which will be A LOT more than $4.7 billion.
