I would say in the short term, no, but long term yes. 1st party exclusives have no chance of ever showing up on other platforms. But if a third party owns an IP, and the first game is exclusive and is pretty good in sales, then that third party can make the sequel multiplat. So short term, no, but it can come back to haunt a company in the long run.
