Europe does not like good games. I can tell that because I live in Europe. The tastes in games here are not diverse at all. I only see COD, other shooters, FIFA and hyped up third party crap like Watch Dogs.

Tell me about it, every time I go to my main gaming store I see in the best selling part always CODs and Fifas. Once I saw a Chess game as first, but I discovered that someone put it in there as a joke.

BS. Every time I go to the local gaming stores/electronic store I always see a huge selection of games: shooters, sports games, RPGs, party games, RTS, TBS, MMOs, brawlers and every other genre you can imagine. And this is Romania we are talking about....

@ HintHRO: third party crap? Seriosuly, is that the only baseless trolling you are capable off? I mean really? Did you even play the game, before makiing that judgment? Yes it was hyped to the heavens and back, but calling it crap is way out of line, and its actually a solid game with massive future potential behind it.

And "good games" are a subjective matter: CoD, Fifa and every other shooter that sels well is for one reason, the target audience likes them. That means that they have to have some redeeming quality.

I wasn't saying there is not variety, of course there are a lot of games, both AAA titles and little games. What I said is that the section that shows the best-selling games on the store always has a similar collection: shooter, football, and others similar. Once in a while you'll see there the recent-released games, but if there is nothing new, expect the same games there.

You know it deserves the GOTY.
