Purchase the current free game and when the new one comes up purchase that one. The next thing you do is buy the TLoU bundle if available with a ps+ subscription. By that time more games would be up for free (or if you get the ps4 before new ps+ games pop up don't subscribe until the new ones do come up) and the free trial will have given you a head start.
