America is a single continent that's split into 3 parts, just like Europe, Asia and Africa. These 3 parts would be:
North America - Canada, USA, Mexico
South America - Everything south of Panama
Central America - Everything in between (though I'm not sure if Caribbean countries are considered part of it).

Also, why did you change your avatar Rol? Are the Netherlands so good you don't even feel you have to support them anymore?
