If God Of War is what you care about the most from Sony's first-party games, I think you should wait for God Of War IV to be confirmed. Also the original Ratchet And Clank is being remade for PS4 so you should check that out too. You can also bet that Sly 5 is coming and if it is then it can only come to PS4 and certainly not be a Vita exclusive. J&D is almost certainly dead as both Naughty Dog and Ready At Dawn Studio are busy making other games.
You should not get a PS4 this year as you'll clearly not like it without any of the above games. Though LBP 3 might be more up your alley.
Btw God Of War IV is my most anticipated PS4 exclusive as well :)
