Even at a per person basis if you had taken a look at the graph at the link I just posted recently, the biggest offender would be Azerbaijan ... No matter how you look at it developed countries have the more expensive pirated content for each person.

I never said piracy was bigger in developed countries than developing ones. I just said that it still widepsread in developed nations.
