Overall, definitely King. They have never created anything of merit, and they behave like a bunch of fucking assholes.
Of console centric companies, maybe Capcom. Their current worthlessness sullies a great legacy, making it incumbent upon them to commit public sudoku. Sega is close, flogging Sanic to the exclusion of all else when that glorified mole hasn't been relevant since the '90s and never will be again.
