I love Super Mario 2 USA (doki doki). I mean, I'm glad SM3 returned to the series' roots, but having received that game here in NA made for a different experience and introduced new characters and items like Shy Guys and Bob-ombs into the Mario universe. Plus, playing as the different characters was fun.
The "real" Super Mario Bros 2 in Japan (The Lost Levels) is the only Mario platformer I don't like and I'm so glad we weren't subjected to that game here as SMB's sequel.
Since I'm assuming that Super Mario 2 in the poll is the US version, I voted for Sunshine as the worst.
