They're usually kind of late to this stuff, but it still builds on the popularity of these things for weeks on end.
The only exception I remember is when they hit the "Gangnam Style" thing when it was around 20 million views, and it's their most-watched "react" video because they caught on before it got huge. Now they do so many projects that they can be kind of late showing the "new" stuff for better or for worse.
