I haven't got a problem with the name Toon Link - it makes sense. Given the option I might've gone for Young Link instead, but there isn’t a huge preference either way. Perhaps the creators wanted to make a distinction between YL and TL, they may essentially be the same character but they are associated with different eras of Zelda. As for a different name altogether I can’t think of one more fitting. On a side note I would’ve liked the inclusion of Tetra... ah well
